Is it possible to downgrade from business to personal?

Good evening, I wanted to know if it’s possible to convert an account registered to a sole proprietorship into a private one.

I’ve closed the business, but I’d like to keep the account with the feedback I worked so hard for.

Support sometimes says it’s possible and other times says it isn’t.
