Is it possible to stop receiving emails about messages?
With my old phone I wasn’t getting push notifications, so it was convenient to have the emails for when someone wrote to me by message, but now that I do get them they’ve become a hassle, since it’s like having a duplicate notification. However, in the notification preference settings I can’t find any option related to messages. So if anyone knows, I wanted to find out whether eBay considers them priority emails that can’t be turned off, or if there’s some way not to receive them.
(I want to keep receiving all the other emails, so I’m not interested in any general blocking)

OP2 years agoHi, as written in the main post I know the section but I haven't found the specific box regarding the messages that I should deselect. I need to know the specific item.

Click on "Sales activity" and deselect everything.... for sales activities... but for the single message, you can't delete the email.

OP2 years agooh no, as written in the main post, I'm interested in receiving the other emails. Too bad, then I'm forced to disable the app's push notifications on my phone so I don't get a useless duplicate notification
