Is it a scam?
Good morning friends.
It seems almost like a scam, on eBay's part, to hold back a sum of money for so many days after the item has been sold and the customer has already, obviously, paid. I've sold more than one item, I've been paid by customers, I've shipped them on time, they were received, I've always received good reviews but eBay will send me the money in about two weeks. It seems to me that my money can be used by eBay while I wait.
What do you think?

maybe it would be a good idea to read eBay’s rules before using it and then complaining if things don’t go the way you want:
