Is it possible to request a replacement instead of a refund?
I received a damaged item, and I was wondering if it was possible to get a replacement of the item itself with a new one, rather than getting a refund.

Mentore2 years agoBetter to have the refund, so you can buy a new item wherever you think best.
Even if you buy from the same seller, that way the timing starts over from zero for being able to get support from eBay's customer guarantee.
