I bought this book (never arrived) from this person, the problem is that I didn't go through my eBay account, I bought from eBay without an account, as a result I can't find a solution to receive the refund, it's all extremely complicated,
So next time explain yourself better... if it’s about the ebook anyway, that type of product isn’t covered by eBay’s guarantee, so yes, you’ve lost your money!
