1 euro more for every purchase
hello everyone
can someone explain to me why for every purchase on Ebay through Paypal I get charged 1 euro on top of the purchase amount?
I get the bank notification for the payment through my prepaid card and, right on cue, I get another one with a charge of 1 euro.
Any purchase I make outside of Ebay, this doesn't happen.
I hope you can help me understand
