You can’t. On eBay, once it’s closed, it’s definitively closed. At the moment it was closed, a message also appeared warning you about this and asking if you were really sure you wanted to close it.

Try opening another one on the PayPal site or doing a chargeback through your credit card provider (depending on the payment method you used). Those are definitely more complicated procedures, but you’ve got nothing else left.
