Last January I bought 2 solar spotlights but 1 hasn't worked from the beginning and can I ask for a replacement without returning it?

Mentore3 years agoWithout a return, there is no refund.
On eBay you only have 30 days from receipt of the goods to dispute a non-conforming product. You need to use a dispute on the payment method you used (PayPal dispute or credit card chargeback).
