2 items to return
I purchased 2 items from the same seller using two different procedures.
Obviously the seller shipped them in a single package.
I need to return BOTH items to exchange the size.
Can I buy a single eBay label?
How do I handle the other item?
Thanks and bye

Mentore1 year agoThe seller screwed up, he should have combined the two transactions into one to do the combined shipping.
Work it out between yourselves to get out of it, he trusted you and you’ll have to trust him.

OP1 year agoThe seller made a combined shipment WITHOUT combining the transactions.
There was no trust issue since I received complete information about the simultaneous completion of the two transactions; he simply made one single package ...
Since I would like to do the same, I was asking whether there was a similar possibility (single package) without paying for an eBay label twice.
Thanks and bye

Mentore1 year agoIf you want eBay's guarantee, no, you have to make two shipments.
Otherwise you're at the mercy of the seller.
Have a nice day.

Mentore1 year agoThe trust issue was there. You could easily dispute the non-receipt of the two packages with him; for one he would respond with the code and for the other he would be forced to refund you.
It will work the same way with the return: for one you will definitely get the refund, for the other, in a similar way, you’ll have to trust the seller.
