Good evening, I haven’t gotten the item back, in fact it was returned to the sender with the reason “rejected by the recipient.” But how is that possible if we’re talking about a pickup point.

Then open an ebay support request and explain why fermopoint did not pick up the package; they will decide what you need to do next.

Today is already the second report of this kind, and we’d like to understand why fermopoint associates refuse packages. Keep us updated.
