Hello, I bought this item at the end of October, I used it a few times, but now it has stopped working (it does not charge). In the listing, the item has a warranty that is much longer than the time that has passed, and I have tried to contact the seller, but they are not responding to my message.

If the seller had a registered office in an EU country, you can ask for the application of the legal warranty.

But it only concerns the relationship between you and the seller.
