Hi everyone, could I please get some information. Until the month of May, when it came time to pay and I chose Paypal, I was transferred to the dedicated app where I could choose the 3-installment option among the various payment options. Lately, as soon as I choose Paypal, the payment starts with the usual thank-yous. Paypal support was, to say the least, ridiculous in explaining why this is happening. Do any of you know more?

Mentore2 years agoIn no document is it explained what the requirements are to be able to have payment installments. Probably the algorithms used are based on the reliability and consistency of the card or bank account linked to the PayPal account.
Anyway, from what it seems, at its sole discretion PayPal decides who to offer it to.

OP2 years agoStrange situation, I’ve always had a high volume of purchases and paid for them regularly.
Since May I’ve reduced my purchases and the option started disappearing.
