<Salve. Vi contatto in merito alla vendita numero 326067662250, oggetto da me venduto e spedito tramite posta4 IN PERIODO NATALIZIO e mai arrivato...almeno così dice l'acquirente. Secondo voi è corretto che l'acquirente decida a scopo estorsivo di rilasciare un feed negativo al quale posso rispondere solko ed esclusivamente con un feed positivo? Ho chiesto il vostro aiuto e la vostra risposta è stata ammirevole "Il tuo Feedback non verrà modificato

che poi sono sicuro che l'acquirente scomparirà da ebay.

Mentore1 year agoUsing a service like posta 4 was a risk you consciously took on. So you also have to accept the consequences.
The feedback is formally correct and (by law) cannot be removed without the consent of the person who left it.
Finally, I believe that your response to the feedback is, for your reputation as a seller, much worse than the feedback itself. All you had to write was that it was an untracked shipment and that the buyer had been refunded.

OP1 year agoit was the first thing I did... but without receiving any protection from eBay. in the end, a venting session is understandable
