Hello, on December 7 I made a purchase, and to this day the seller has not gotten in touch. I paid in full, but somehow the shipment doesn't happen, and with each passing day the supposed delivery gets pushed toward the end of the year. He is selling other items with a different departure address. I have no way to report this to eBay right away. Am I the one who's wrong, or is the system helping an unfair seller? All I have on my side are screenshots. Thanks.

if you do nothing, eBay can't protect you no matter what.
If you made the purchase properly, it's impossible for the expected delivery date to “magically” slip... check it carefully in your purchase details and, when it expires, open a report:
Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
So... if you do something, eBay can help you too!
