I will never buy another item from the United Kingdom again because, on top of charging a high shipping cost, when you go to complete the payment the total also includes a charge called a tax of some kind... of several more euros. Unfortunately, I have to say that EBAY should protect its customers by warning them about the various possible extra charges they may run into each time they make a purchase. Another thing that is completely unprofessional is that in the listing it says "MAKE AN OFFER"; this makes me feel like I'm at a street market where bargaining goes on like the Moroccans "VUO' CUMPRA' ", for me it is a way of doing things that creates insecurity, discomfort, and doubt in the customer about whether they made a purchase at a fair and reasonable price... Nothing else, I wish everyone good luck.

Mentore3 years agoThe cost called tax is nothing other than VAT. Keep in mind that upon delivery they will ask you for customs fees and may ask you for duties (if the total you paid exceeds 150 euros).
But these are things you should know as a buyer shopping in a store in a non-EU country.
About purchase offers: they are sales formats, like auctions. If you don't like them, there are plenty of fixed-price listings.
