ACCEPTANCE RETURN OF ITEM SHIPPING COSTS ALLOCATION
Summary: The discussion titled "ACCEPTANCE OF ITEM RETURN, ALLOCATION OF SHIPPING COSTS" does not contain any textual content in the messages from participants arrigonibus and sika700, leaving the nature of the conversation undetermined.
Following the sale of an MC phono cartridge, the customer found an incompatibility with his equipment.
After some tests, we agreed on the return, with the shipping handled and related costs borne by him, and the refund of the amount spent by me/eBay.
The customer formally submitted the return request, stating generically that the item did not conform to the application. I confirmed acceptance of the return, but eBay is forcing me to handle the return with shipping costs.
I haven't found a way to contact an operator to correct this indication. What can I do?
Thanks

Mentore1 year agoNothing... it's the buyer who should request the return reason change.
You can only accept it and provide the return label... if you don't, you risk giving the buyer a nice gift, handing them money and the item.
So try to minimize the damage.
Kind regards.
