Acceptance of partial refund

Good evening,
I received a partial refund offer for an item that arrived damaged.
When I clicked on "accept", the system replied that there was a problem with the servers, and afterwards the option to accept the refund no longer appeared.
However, it says that the transaction requires my intervention, but the option to accept the refund, which I wanted to accept, is no longer available.
How should I proceed?
