Yesterday they tell me that the

all resolved and refunded, I ask for reactivation
Now I am being asked for a copy of the purchase invoice for used items over 30 years old
after my negative response
they ask me for a photo of the document next to each item I put up for sale
I would like to know what advice you give me to get out of this situation and be reactivated

Mentore3 years agoLooking at your listings, it seems to me that there are many things you buy to resell. So you are a trader and as such you must have your own VAT number.
If you buy from private individuals, you cannot have purchase invoices, but the transaction must still be entered both in the general journal and in the VAT purchase register. At the time of reselling the item, you will have to apply the margin scheme by sending ebay the photo of the document together with each item I put up for sale.
Ask your accountant for advice.

"copy of the purchase invoice for used items over 30 years old"
or
"photo of the document with each item I am selling placed next to it".
