Good morning, following a permanent restriction on my eBay account I have some funds on hold that are already available for withdrawal.Since the account is suspended indefinitely, how can I get this amount?If I close the account (since it’s impossible to deal with eBay), can I get them as a payout, given that payment request is impossible?
