Hi everyone, I have a very well-known, heavily followed shop on eBay that’s been around for some years, and we’ve grown and become a real business even abroad. For the past few months I’ve been trying to fix some listings with support, but instead of understanding their mistake they end up blocking me in the section that refers to my products (Cars and Motorcycles).Basically, to put it briefly, they limit some of my products. Instead of closing them and relisting them like many people do, I ask them to review things, because these are items whose descriptions, photos and info show approvals, brand and compliance... no luck, support doesn’t fix anything and keeps closing some listing, and for 2 months I’ve been writing to every possible contact. Everyone understands and confirms my full compliance, but there’s no response from the competent office. I think I’ve opened hundreds of tickets and never once got an apology or a solution to the problem.I opened another report about a month ago in connection with another issue and got a reply from an operator who, instead of taking a step back and resolving it, decided it was time to block me from selling in the (Cars and Motorcycles) section. For about a month now I’ve been sending messages, emails, photos of the product alongside boxes and brand names, all kinds of things in order to get them to reconsider, but the person replying is always the same or one of their colleagues, and together they always give the same answer with the same copy and paste... Unfortunately, and I mean unfortunately, I believe there are underlying problems. They say that AI artificial intelligence got it wrong in my case and that they are doing something, but none of them is actually doing anything. And a seller like me, professional, a real Italian craftsman selling high-quality goods that are recognized, and the only one left in my line of work in this sense, 60 days of returns always given to customers, in short better than eBay’s own rules and other sites, instead of helping me rise I can’t find any assistance or any reply at all.Hundreds of tickets opened, hundreds of operators who on the phone get emotional hearing me talk, but from the competent offices a lot of carelessness and LITTLE reliability, people sometimes without even a heart but above all without respect toward someone who is doing their best and making investments, in a Christmas season that has now faded away. Today was my latest ticket, with the promise, according to the operator, that he will really get me contacted by a manager and that we are sure to find a solution. Has this happened to anyone and did you manage to resolve it? Do you have any contact or reference regarding this? Is it possible for an operator to reply, I’m going to limit you and make sure nobody unblocks you in the future? I mean, if they go after a seller like this, damn it, it’s really serious trouble. How do you solve it? I’m left with a huge investment in eBay, Christmas with my wife and two little girls, and they haven’t solved the problem for 70 days now and for a month I’ve been completely stuck...
