Hello, I had a very serious problem on eBay, practically they hacked my eBay account selling products like Win10/11 that violate the rules, the problem is that I found myself with 7/8 sales of items I don't have, the cause was that I had to cancel payment for everyone and they took the refund, and I didn't receive anything, the scam is clear, I have already started procedures with my credit institution for a refund through a police report, then the problem is that my account is blocked and I can't get in anymore + I had to make a new account but I lost my 100% profile and all the items I had for sale, it's crazy that eBay does this without intervening and understanding the causes, moreover there is no email there isn't a number to call, I want my account back and I don't know how to do it help me or possibly contact eBay to raise the issue, I don't know what to do there is no way to talk to or reach eBay unlike Amazon which is more serious, eBay is really careless and doesn't worry about these problems, as long as it blocks me it makes me issue refunds without consulting me, no, you can't do things like that, I need to get my account back give me information on how to do it , thanks

Mentore1 year agoDefinitely strange what happened... did they sell items with your account and credit the money to your IBAN?
Hard to believe...
If your account is suspended, there’s nothing you can do... in fact, the new one you opened, if you use it to sell, will meet the same fate.
