Suspended account: how to reactivate it?
Hello everyone,
I had my account suspended and I can’t reactivate it in any way: Ebay informed us that some items do not have the necessary authorizations, and in telling us this they sent us the full list of all our products, which were about 300 (it seems odd to me that they are all banned). I have removed from this account the items related to my other business that sells medical products and devices (these items are regularly on the Ebay profile of my other business) and I can’t find a way to contact Ebay and understand:
1) HOW TO REACTIVATE MY STORE ON EBAY
2) WHICH OTHER PRODUCTS MAY NEED TO BE REMOVED AND THEREFORE HOW TO REACTIVATE THE STORE ON EBAY
I kindly ask for advice from anyone who has already been through this experience. It has been 2 months since my products were no longer for sale and honestly it’s a shame because I have all the legal certifications of European and Italian compliance with regard to everything I import and sell.

account suspension is the last measure that ebay takes when you don't pay attention to the removal of listings...
Before suspending your account, ebay will have removed certain listings for a specific reason; after the third removal for the same reason, you are suspended for 3 days... the next removal for the same reason suspends you for 7 days, up to permanent suspension.
So, as already said, they are unlikely to go back on their decisions, especially if they have already told you that the suspension is indefinite... and also be careful with the other account, if they are clearly linked to each other, it will soon meet the same fate...

The CE certification isn’t enough; medical device regulations are complex and definitely require an expiration date and a guarantee of the sterile packaging, importer information and instructions in Italian.
