Account suspended and payments blocked
Good morning, I signed up with a new name because my old account was suspended (and so were the payments, around €600) and I can’t communicate with anyone at eBay. I don’t care about the account (there are other sites to sell on), but I do care about the money. The pending payments refer to a sale in which the buyer did not dispute anything, since he picked up the items in person. (by the way, he told me that he was suspended too) It’s already been 6 days since the suspension and I haven’t received anything, is this a standard process that takes time or can I kiss my money goodbye???????

Mentore3 years agoIf they suspended the account, they also blocked all payments. You must have received an email explaining the reasons for the suspension. I think you should first solve the suspension issues... if they are financial reasons (missed payments or other) you need to give eBay what you owe before you can get the funds... if the reasons are something else, fix them, if they can be fixed... or else contact support:

In most cases though, it's just a matter of time.

OP3 years agoContact support???? and how??? when I click on the link and ask to chat with eBay, I get a series of topics to read, but no way to speak to an agent. Is it possible that there isn't any eBay email address I can bombard every day until I get a response???? I just want to know if and when I'll get my money back, nothing more.

Mentore3 years agoThen click on the link "Ask us to call you"... they will call you at the phone number you registered on ebay.
