Account suddenly suspended for no reason
Hello everyone, I have had a private account for about 3 months, with which I buy and sell personal items.
I received a message from Ebay asking me to confirm my identity and show the invoices for the items for sale, which I don't have since I'm a private individual.
I sent my ID and explained that I didn't have any invoices and, in response, my account was permanently closed without giving me any explanation, other than that "activity that may pose risks to our Community" was detected.
For completeness, the number of listings and the value of the items for sale were within the limits, I had 3 positive feedbacks and none neutral or negative.
I tried to look for a reason, but I couldn't find one; the only thing I can think of is that I used a shared PC with other family members and I wouldn't want them to have seen an IP address in common with other accounts.
Thank you in advance if you want to try to make sense of what happened.

Mentore3 years ago..... there have never been any limits within which someone could be defined as a private seller.

Mentore3 years agoHello,
if you are not able to prove the lawful provenance of the items sold (not with this account... but evidently with another one!) it is right and proper that eBay kicks you out.
Kind regards.
