Account permanently suspended
Hello everyone,
I’ve been an eBay user since 2018, and up to today I’ve only made three purchases (a book last year, and last month two Polly Pockets) paid for right away.
I received an email explaining that the account is suspended and that opening a new one will be of no use because that one will be blocked too.
I have never interacted with anyone else, not even negotiated, let alone sold anything.
Now I don’t know how, but I managed to access this community section, but if I try to search for something (I’d like to buy some glasses) it asks me for my credentials and as soon as I enter them it tells me that the account is suspended.
What could have happened? Who can I send a complaint to?

Mentore3 years agoContact eBay customer service, they can explain the details of the block and you can see if there have been any errors.
