Ebay credentials
Hello. Being new as an Ebay seller, I am not yet familiar with the company’s payout system. On the 21st and 26th of this month I was expecting the payout of the amounts related to the sale of a box set of records and a book. Instead of those amounts, this morning I received news of a payout of 0.92 euro that I do not know what to attribute to. And this despite the fact that the above amounts are available, so the time for any customer disputes and related conciliations has passed. The sales went through fine, the amounts are available, but the payouts do not arrive and I cannot find a phone number to call or a reference email. In my account settings I did not choose the monthly payout option, but the daily one, so when the amount became available, within a maximum of two days, it should have been credited to me. I would like an explanation, but I do not know whom to ask

Of course you already knew that, for new or infrequent users, eBay holds the funds for at least 15 days. There’s also the link to get the status of the held funds and the release date.
