Credit from a sale to the IBAN of an expired prepaid card

Good evening, a few days ago I made a sale of an item on ebay.
During the transfer of funds to the account, I noticed that the IBAN entered in the database was for a prepaid card that expired a long time ago.
In the meantime, I have updated the IBAN, and I would like to know how I can proceed to have the amount credited to the new IBAN?

At the bottom of the page there’s a gray bar with links to chat or to be called on the mobile number registered on the account.
