Credit failed for over a month

Hi everyone,

I wanted to ask for some help to understand why Ebay isn’t crediting the money in my account (it isn’t blocked, it’s available for withdrawal), I tried withdrawing it with 3 different IBANs (one already used 3 other times on Ebay to collect payments) but each time, after 5 days of processing payment, the funds are credited back to the eBay account.

The 3 different banks tell me they don’t see any attempt from eBay, however eBay says that maybe I’ve exceeded some limit in my accounts (the banks confirm that there is no block or exceeded limit).

Has this ever happened to you?

In general, the problems are related to:

Difference between the name on the eBay account and the name on the bank account.
Difficulty accepting a bank transfer from a foreign country (it comes from Luxembourg).
The account must be enabled for direct credits (automatic bill payments).
Cumulative limit, for example the post office sets a limit on incoming transfers from abroad for each tax code (even on different accounts).

For other things, only eBay customer service could help you.
