Credit to bank account or other
eBay is asking me for an IBAN to credit the balance from a sale. Can I have it credited to a prepaid card instead? Or to PayPal?

You can use a prepaid card that has an IBAN and is eligible to receive: credit transfers from foreign accounts and direct debits.
PayPal won't work.
