UNFOUNDED ACCUSATION OF NON-CONFORMING ITEM
They bought me a red Estpak backpack and I sent it new, with the tag, with no defects.
The buyer requested a refund at my expense for an item not as described; they sent photos of the item in which it is OBVIOUS THAT it IS AS DESCRIBED!!! ...
But in this case how does eBay protect sellers? Besides the money lost for shipping, why should I be accused of having sent the wrong thing if it isn't true?

Mentore1 year agoEbay tutela i venditori corretti, non quelli che si dichiarano privati per usufruire ingiustamente delle tariffe più favorevoli e per non essere soggetti alle regole del codice di consumo.
Se come venditore professionale, ritieni che l'oggetto sia conforme, potresti chiedere che il reso sia a carico di ebay e potresti segnalare l'acquirente scorretto.
