Buyer opens a not received item request and doesn't close it

On February 11 I sold an Xbox 360 controller, I got the payment, despite the shipment tracking clearly moving and there just being some delays, on February 19 a request was opened for item not received saying: “why is it taking so long to arrive” I reply through the request section, then he writes to me privately saying that I, the seller, had not responded, thinking he was talking to eBay support.So I try to get the customer to reason a bit and to close the request since the package was clearly...

EBay can't do anything if the buyer doesn't close the dispute.If he doesn't close it, you'll have to wait until the dispute closes on its own (after 21 days from opening) due to buyer inactivity.  himario
