Hello everyone, unfortunately a package I shipped has been lost. Rightly, the buyer opens a claim for an item not received, but I shipped to the correct address... 1) How can I prove to eBay that I did my part correctly? Another question, on the Packlink website I can't find the shipping PDF, and unfortunately I deleted the email with the PDF link... 2) Does anyone know how to find the PDF of a shipment that has already been sent or delivered?
