Buyer keeps postponing the shipment
Good evening, I'm dealing with a strange situation with a buyer who placed two orders with me now three months ago. He paid for everything promptly, telling me not to ship because he was away, but during this time whenever I asked if I could ship, he kept telling me no. Now I have two paid but unfulfilled orders, and so much time has passed that they don't even show up among my sales anymore (eBay only shows those made within 60 days), so I can't even cancel them and refund him, nor mark them as shipped if he finally decides to have me ship them. Has this ever happened to anyone? How should I handle it?

Mentore2 years agoYou had 30 days to cancel. Now you just have to wait for the buyer to get back in touch.
