Foreign buyer with 0 feedback and a new account
Good morning everyone!
Last night I sold a lot of 4 rare volumes for a decent sum of €260 (including shipping) to an eBay account with 0 feedback and a newly created account; moreover, the buyer is Irish. Now my concern is: if I ship the package with tracked shipping and then the buyer says the item wasn’t as described or that they received something different... In this case, what happens? Because I keep reading around that PayPal refunds them, "not caring" about the seller.
I have various feedbacks, all positive, even with international shipments (including the USA).

Mentore3 years agoIt's part of the risk inherent in distance selling.
It doesn't depend on the number of feedback or the buyer's geographic location.
If you don't trust it, cancel the order.
