French buyer scammer with a complaint to get refunded by eBay | Questions and answers among users

I had already read about quite a few French people who swindled items from sellers; the issue is serious since the item was of high value. Just to get their money back, the buyer, eBay France, told me that a complaint document had been forwarded to the French police! I have all the chat discussions where the user, to quickly get the money out of me, said that the package had been opened by the courier (that’s how I later understood it was him) I wonder how it’s possible to get the French police to file a fake complaint without them even looking into it? (I wouldn’t even know how to contact the French postal police to give them the evidence) I suspect they do these things with users from other countries, just because eBay France always sides with them; I had already read here about various people in recent years to whom they pulled this little trick!even though he then filed the complaint where he declared that the package was empty (here on eBay instead he had put a stone in the dispute) obviously they ruled in his favor! They should have already had some doubts; I also sent them the screenshots of the conversation with him, where he said that the package had been opened and resealed!but then these people who feel entitled to make fake complaints just to get refunded?! unbelievableIN CASE OF DOUBT, TAKE AWAY THE POSSIBILITY OF SHIPPING TO FRANCE, I removed it right away, even though with another Frenchman, for an item worth 500 euros, there had been no problem!but are there any solutions to this stuff? I preferred eBay when I started using it in 2005, where someone with few feedback ratings didn’t sell, but at least the buyers didn’t rip you offfrom now on I’ll only put Buy It Now listings with an offer option to weed out the users! if I had been in France I would have forwarded the entire discussion to the French postal police, so I’d get my money back instead of him ripping off more than 1000 euros!!!
