International buyer
Good evening,
despite the fact that I did not include international shipping among the options, one of my products was bought by a Chinese customer.
I had set only €10 for domestic shipping; now when this person has paid, how should I proceed? I imagine that shipping to China has very different costs and times…

if you haven't set the costs for international shipping, your Chinese customer won't be able to pay, so if they don't ask you anything, after 4 days you can safely cancel the purchase to put it back up for sale.
