buyer does not update the package status
I sold an item that, according to BRT tracking, shows as delivered.
the buyer is not updating the shipment status.
the funds remain pending.
the buyer has not responded to messages for almost a week.
what is the procedure to follow?
will the funds be unlocked after a certain period?
should I open a report?

Mentore1 year agoIf there are no disputes in progress and if you are a new or infrequent seller, the funds hold lasts 15 days and is independent of the delivery outcome.

Besides, if the code was entered by you correctly on the eBay system, the update of the delivery status should be automatic.
