Buyer does not confirm receipt of the package
Good morning, I sold a product, and according to DHL tracking it shows as delivered, but in eBay's history it hasn't even been updated to shipped, even though the tracking number is the same.
Anyway, the buyer still hasn't confirmed receipt of the package, but what happens if he never confirms it? I have already tried contacting him twice to ask if he received the package and if he can confirm it on eBay, but he has never replied. What happens if he doesn't confirm receipt? Thanks

the buyer will never be able to mark the parcel as delivered because it is you who has to enter the correct tracking and carrier in the details of your sale... and eBay will verify the shipment and update its status.
If it never shows as delivered, nothing will happen... the funds will be released after 15 days.
