Buyer does NOT send it back within 10 days from when I provided the return label

Question

An allegedly dishonest buyer requested a return through eBay because, according to him, the item did not match the description. I provided him with a return label. If he doesn’t ship the package within 10 working days (there is 1 day left), will someone reimburse me? Or, besides losing the camera, am I also out 30 euros for the return label from Belgium?
