Good evening, but why did eBay remove negative feedback for buyers? I have a user who bought an item, didn’t pay for it and never replied to me; after a month he bought the same item again, and he’s not paying again. Why isn’t it possible to report time-wasters?

Mentore2 years agoTime-wasters are reported by flagging the reason “not paid” when canceling. You can also put them on blacklist, so they can no longer buy from you.
