The partial refund proposal means that you offer them a discount to keep the item. If they don’t accept, you’ll have to provide the return label (if you want your item back or the one they send you) and refund them in full.
Thanks for the advice, I reported the buyer as dishonest since they haven’t seemed trustworthy to me since the moment of purchase. I’ll explain: I was selling a brand-new Lidl product, never used because I didn’t need it, for 35 + 10 shipping with the option to make an offer. This person offers me 40+10, right from there it seems shady to me; usually people always want to spend less, especially seeing the prices at Lidl, and they don’t even make me an offer? Why is that? As it happens, the product arrives at home and they immediately tell me it doesn’t work! Which isn’t true because the product was tested before shipping and it worked, and it’s covered by the warranty and if it breaks for any reason you just have to call Lidl’s free number it gets replaced with a new one without spending a cent, but they insist on returning it, this is too strange

OP1 year agoIf they neither reject nor accept, what happens?

Mentore1 year agoNot accepting within the three working days you have available is equivalent to rejecting it.
Starting from the fourth day, he can request eBay’s intervention.

OP1 year agoCan I ask eBay support for help with issues with the buyer?
marioelegio
Mentore1 year agoYou can ask eBay to intervene in the dispute, but I don’t think it would be worth it…… https://www.ebay.it/help/selling/managing-returns-refunds/chiedi-ebay-di-intervenire-venditori?id=4702#:~:text=Vai%20alla%20Console%20venditori%20%2D%20viene,una%20nuova%20finestra%20o%20scheda.
Or you can report the buyer you think is acting unfairly, maybe they’re a repeat offender …..https://www.ebay.it/help/selling/resolving-buyer-issues/segnala-un-problema-con-un-acquirente?id=4084
