Buyer not responding to the partial refund offer
Good evening, a buyer has initiated a return and I sent a partial refund offer. For a few days now, the buyer has neither rejected nor accepted it and is not replying to messages. If I open the page related to their return request, it only says “partial refund offer sent to the buyer “. What’s happening? The money is blocked, how does it work now?

Mentore2 years agoIt depends on the reason why he requested the return.
If the request was for non-compliance, you will be forced to issue a full refund.
If the request was because the buyer changed their mind and you are a private seller who stated in the listing that you do not accept returns, that’s the end of it.

OP2 years agoGood evening, first of all they’re not fakes; nowhere in the listing does it say they are “APPLE”, but simply earbuds, as also stated in the description. I just wanted to know how it works since once the offer is sent I can’t do anything and I have to wait for the buyer to either accept or refuse.

Air pods Pro are Bluetooth earphones made by Apple... if you don't want them to be called "counterfeit" you shouldn't call them Air pods Pro but simply "earphones"!!

Mentore2 years agoYou have to wait for a response from the buyer... whether they accept or reject.
But more than this issue, I would worry about regularizing your sales system, your illegality is obvious.
