Buyer does not release the payment
Good morning, I sold a game account, however after I communicated the credentials the buyer did not release the payment (marking it as received).
I have the messages that prove the transfer. How can I release the payment?

Mentore1 year agoThe delivery confirmation is not used to remove the payment hold; furthermore, it cannot be provided by the buyer but is obtained by ebay through the entered shipping code.

I think that account was not sellable since it is a personal account.

Since it is something prohibited, there are no protections предусмотрed for the seller or buyer.
If the buyer does not request the payment back, it will be unlocked in 15 days.
