buyer is not home but opens a dispute
I sent it to Canada by registered mail, so it was fully tracked, and I received a dispute because the buyer claims they weren’t home and the local post office didn’t leave the package, confirmed by the tracking…
Obviously the money is being held and eBay isn’t responding to my request for help. What am I at risk of? What can I do?

Mentore2 years agoUnfortunately, registered mail doesn’t work in Canada. The package wasn’t trackable.
