Buyer pays for items and asks to ship after September 3

Good afternoon, I kindly ask for info about a delayed shipment requested by the buyer

After receiving notification of payment for the item, the buyer asked via MS to have the shipment made after September 3

I accepted as a courtesy, but reminder notifications keep arriving from EBAY I would be grateful

to receive information on how I should behave if you are aware of other similar cases Kind regards Antonio

The ideal thing (for both of you) would be to agree to cancel the purchase and make it again after September 3.
