Buyer pays for the item and deletes their account. How should we proceed?

Hello everyone,

despite being a user on the platform for many years, and having acted both as a buyer and as a seller, I find myself facing a situation that is completely new to me.

A buyer with 0 feedback bought an item from me (with a purchase offer). He paid, and the payment shows up on eBay, and I went ahead in the Shipping Manager and created a label.

Now, I had thought about contacting the buyer to thank him, but the user appears as: Is no longer a registered user.

In your experience, can I feel safe?

I don't think there are any greater risks than you would have by completing the transaction with a normal user who is still registered. himario
