Unfair buyer threatening negative feedback
Hello everyone, a very aggressive buyer wrote to me asking for info about an item and insisting on a big quantity discount that I decided not to give. In response, he wrote to me that he would buy one item and then leave me negative feedback. He has indeed just bought this item, and honestly I don't know how I should handle it if he insists on leaving negative feedback. What can be done?

Buyers cannot use the threat of negative feedback to get something that was not included in the original listing. You can find the Feedback Rules here

Mentore3 years agoIf a buyer threatens you with leaving negative feedback and then follows through, you can contact support and have it removed
