Buyer reports that the product never arrived even though it shows as delivered
Good morning. I sold a book on 18/09/24 and shipped it the next day. A couple of days later I receive a WhatsApp message from what I think was a courier saying that he has a package for me. I obviously didn’t reply because I’m not the recipient, so I think there was a misunderstanding. Nevertheless, the book is marked as delivered on 24/09/24. Four days ago the buyer contacts me saying that he never received the book. I don’t know what to do

Mentore1 year agoSend him the tracking code and a copy of your shipping receipt.
That way he can verify for himself that there is a courier who has certified that a package with that code was delivered to his address.

Mentore1 year agoWait for the dispute and respond to eBay requests in the same way.
If it's a valuable item, also start getting the POD (proof of delivery), that is, the delivery confirmation to that address from the courier; the postal service provides it for a fee.
