Buyer wins the item, then changes their mind and requests cancellation.

Question

As the title says, after sending me a purchase offer, I accepted it, a few days pass and then he tells me he doesn't want it anymore, so he requests cancellation.. this should violate the TOS, considering that he had made a commitment that he didn't keep... In the past, by contacting eBay chat, they had applied a " defect " to the buyer's account, but at the moment I can no longer find the option to contact support via chat... what can I do?
