Fraudulent buyer
Good evening dear colleagues and users of the platform. I mainly deal in the sale of collectible cards. A buyer purchased a card from me and asked for its return, stating that the item was not as described. The same buyer took photos of the card, which shows a scratch that was not present on the card I shipped. My idea is that this scammer wants to keep the card I sent him, get a refund, and send me back a damaged card. How can I protect myself from this scam?

If you don't want to run into these situations... if you had read the forum you'd see it's full of these cases... you shouldn't sell online, only do in-person pickup.
Kind regards.

The direct answer is better... whether you like it or not!
Have a good day.
